Meet the Guide

My name is April Morgan. I am the Owner/Operator, Appalachian Storyteller, and Guide for Charleston Ghost Tour Company.  I consider myself a local history enthusiast and novice paranormal investigator.

Growing up in the Capitol City, I developed a deep interest in West Virginia history and folklore. At a very young age, the stories piqued my interest. Researching and learning so many interesting tales from the Kanawha Valley inspired me to find my own way to share my interest and knowledge.

From that desire, came the concept of the Charleston Ghost Tour Company. It is my hope that the Charleston Ghost Tour Company will bring a new kind of tourism to the region and that we can work with local businesses to grow the community, as well as keep these stories alive for the future generations to come.

We want everyone to have the opportunity to participate in this local adventure at a reasonable price. We kept this philosophy in mind when we created our pricing structure and tried our best to keep it affordable.

I am so excited for this endeavor and look forward to sharing the spooky parts of Charleston with you!
